Hey everyone I have a 2011 Maxima SV. So recently I replaced my front turn signals and upgraded to LEDs as my FR signal was going out. Realized the Macima doesn't have a traditional flasher relay so opted for the resistor route. The lights before the resistors would come on for running lights but wouldn't flash(obviously because the resitors weren't on) and my rear bulbs would hyperflash. Well i finally got A resistor on(massive pain to install because I was basically winging it the whole time) and now my rear doesn't hyperflash but to no avail... the front LED still does not flash. I am honestly stumped as everywhere I look I don't see anyone else with this issue. Do I need both resistors on? Do I need to reset the computer. What is the fix to this issue?

What style of resistors did you use? Is it the little block that you bridge on the +/- wires to the connector of the bulb?

Using 6 Ohm Sylvania resistors. wires are tapped correctly. I can snag a picture if it'd help.

If its the orange Sylvania i've used them on older vehicles with a flasher before but had to use 4 of them, 2 on the front and 2 on the rear. Did you only put 2 on the rear?

no. I only replaced the front signals. Im not confident enough to do my rears quite yet plus they are still perfectly good. I just havent gotten around to doing my driver side signal in the front. so currently yes it is the orange Sylvania resistors but i only have ny FR installed.
