I can't find a way to add a name to a telephone number that I add to the phone book. Also the same problem adding a name to a saved destination.

 

You can't add a name to a saved location with the Navigation menu. Drove me nuts until I looked in the owners manual. You have to go into the Settings menu and then select Navigation. Then you can name, change and delete stored locations.
