cruise control must be broken...

So there I was coming back to Arizona (I know, who goes to Arizona this time of the year), enjoying the cruise of our exceptional vehicles and I tried to engage the cruise...nothing doing. Tried again and still no go, just a flashing bar where the mph should go. I thought that is weird...till I slowed down a bit and vola, it engaged. Mine has to be broken as it wont engage above 90 mph......really?? Man l love this new maxima!
cheers,
Wil

Unfortunately it Max's out at 90 mph. Also if you have your traction control off it won't engage at all.

I have had trouble engaging cruise control at very high speeds in my Maximas for decades. I simply assumed that Nissan wanted to be sure that high speed drivers were concentrating 100% on their driving.

On a recent trip from California to West Texas I found out to my sadness about the 90 mph limit. Dang it. I mentioned it to the service manager and head technician and they just laughed. They did feel sorry for me and gave me a free oil change. Oh well.
