I suddenly lost my phone book and quick dial function. re loaded phone book disappeared again. re loaded disappeared again. tried loading manually. loaded disappeared. anyone else having same pblm? I phone 5s, Verizon and 10.2.1 software. thanks bob from ct.

 

Yes This has happened to me several times. I have I Phone 7, Verizon 10.2.1 software.
I also no longer get Text mesages and no caller ID.
