I like black out with touches of chrome. Black out tail lights. Tinted windows. Not too much black. Not too much chrome. Just a nice blend. Black accented with light touches of chrome looks classy to me. Total black out wheels I do not go for. A little chrome touches on the wheels with black background with a little chrome accents on calipers is sweet.

Super nice, did you wrap that? Did you have to take off the bumper to take out the grille?

I had a shop do it. I know the owner for a long time. My front grill was replaced because after 2nd day of ownership, my dad hit my car with his big *** Durango pulling into his driveway. It ripped off my front plate and scratched up my grill. Grill replacement plus painted grill and painted bumper $550.00

My bumper was scratched in two separate places. I assumed he had to paint the whole thing to correctly color match it. He charged me $550 and he ordered painted and installed the grill. Came out good as new but now i have to go back and get it redone with clear wrap. Rock chips ruins everything.

I sort of lean somewhat toward your opinion that a combination can look good.

I have a silver platinum, and put the black rear diffuser on it. I also put 1" wide black rubber molding around the edge of all four wheel wells and just along and above the top of the quarter paneling, ordered and installed black splash guards, and put a black license plate holder on the back. As the black molding around the edge of the wheel wells left silver painted surfaces visible inside the wheel wells, I covered those surfaces with black vinyl.

I have had black wheels on cars before, but decided this Maxima looks better with the silver and black OEM wheels. If I can find my camera (one of many things still packed up somewhere from our recent move), I plan to take photos and post them.

Thanks, I did it my self. I got 3m 1080 g12 Gloss wrap from amazon. I started vinyl wrapping a few months ago. These were the first door handles I've done, took me about 4 hrs to do to. I left the door handles on because i didn't know how to remove them lol.

Thank you. Your Max is super nice and clean. Here in NY we just had a blizzard. Getting around sucks with all the snow and salt on the road. I just got an error message saying my front sonar is obstucted and not working. I hope it's just ice.

Mine does this when there is snow/ice slopped on the front end. Sometimes, cleaning this right hand front side of the bumper will help reset this message.
Cruise is INOP when this condition exists

Afraid the all black wheels (Of which the RIMS arecomponent of) lose all the detail. Not a great look without a little contrasting chrome

Nissan should have kept the blacked trim, at least on SR as they did prior on the SE (old SR equivalent) until the 1999 model year. It added to the sporty look of the Sport model IMO.
