Today I noticed that this plastic panel has a pronounced warp. This is the vinyl/plastic 1-1/2 ft. x 1-1/2 ft. panel that covers the gas tank. I can see about 1/2" of it warped down below the black painted part of the bottom rear trim panel. Looks like heck. It is held on with about 4 nuts and a couple of plastic push-pins along the rear edge. It looks like the panel could use a couple more push-pins or a couple of strategically placed black flat head screws. I'll bet the dealer will order a replacement panel and it will also warp. Looks like lousy engineering to me. Anyone else notice this problem? I noticed this when I put my car on my lift. Now I notice the dang problem every time I walk down the driveway.
