Hey guys so had a Murano and now have a max but two weeks ago we traded in our iPhones for the new galaxy s8+ but in the murano and max it is saying when I connect via usb my device is not supported. Is this normal for all androids? Does anyone have the s8 and having this issue? I can use Bluetooth but won't work when connected via usb ugh oh and yes I realize I got rid of the iPhone 2 weeks before getting a amazing car with APPLE CAR PLAY UGH

 

Not sure what to tell you. My S8+ works flawlessly wireless via bluetooth in my 3016 Maxima S.

 

Why would you connect it USB? I'm fairly certain there are no additional features from doing that with android coming from an S7.

 

Because when it's connected via usb the sound quality is better and also at least on the iPhone there was album art lol kinda cool. I guess I'll just do it via Bluetooth

 

oh yeah, right, yup album art has never worked for android. pretty unforunate

 

It's unfortunate the car only has Apple car play and not Android auto. But the bluetooth works just fine with my galaxy S8.
