I wish the Maxima had a power plug in up front instead of in the center console. I was looking for some suggestions on a camera? I have my eye on the Garmin Dash Cam 35 currently. Anyone have it and using it with their Maxima?

 

I use a Blackvue HD behind my rear view mirror for last 3 cars. Excellent but pricey.

I use something similar to this one, on a loop, with a 32GB micro-SD card. It's plugged in one of the two USB ports available in the "ashtray" compartment, with a "charge-only, no data" cable.




Powers up when I turn the car on, shuts down when I turn the car off.

 

I looked into this.... looks like a nice set up amazon sells these as well. I can't see that they sell a complete set in there web site ( front and rear camera set up) figured that may be cheaper than to buy separately.

 

I installed the VIOFO A119 in my Max. I have been pretty happy with it thus far.
