Clock/radio settings always reseting

Hey all,

Just bought a blue 2016 Maxima and loving the car but EVERYTIME I turn off the car the radio settings and clock bluetooth etc reset to default and forget everything. I verified the transport mode fuse is pushed in. I for some reason do not have an SD card. What could this be? I will be asking the dealership since I just bought it yesterday but wanted to see if there was an easy fix as this is very bothersome.

That's the problem. You need the map and card as it makes the Sirius XM radio work. I think it will resolve the issue of memory loss of preset stations etc. When I tested my pre-certified 2016, the nav and card was missing and thus the map and Sirius XM were not working.

Yea mine is cert pre-owned as well. Just would be REALLY surprised that I would need that in order to save stations change the clock any settings. I understand nav can be sold separately etc but atleast come with a stock SD that allows me to save jee. I feel like this cant be right.

EDIT: Also talking about FM radio....

It's the SD card. Mine was cert pre-owned as well and was doing the exact same thing for the first day. Nothing would save on the radio as the dealership had taken out the card. Went back the next day, they popped it in and haven't had a problem since.
