The Platinum has the low beam LEDs; is there anything special about them, or is it just that they look cooler? Are they a must have feature?

 

They are freaking AWESOME! Some of the best lights I have ever seen on a car and very bright. So yes a must certainly gets my vote! I am still trying to find out the exact color temp though. If I had to guess 5000k. We had HID's in our 2015 Chevrolet Impala from the factory. These led's on the Maxima blow them out of the water!

 

The SR and the Platinum both have the LED headlamps from factory. My 2017 SR has them and they are absolutely amazing. My gf's 2016 SV didn't have them and she hated it so I bought her some 5000k ones from www.DDMTuning.com and they are great. Look identical in color temp to my stock ones. Paid about $50 for them.

 

Is it easy to put LEDS in and ll they fit all Maxima trims?
