I recently purchased a 2016 MAXIMA SER and wanted to know if anyone has made a custom CAI. Currently the aftermarket intakes that are for sale seem like the same intakes that were used in the 7th gens. I know the space is kinda tight in the engine bay but spending $300 for just a piece of metal tubing and an air filter seems kinda silly. I would at least like to see the air intake be located further up in front of the engine or in the bottom by the wheel well.
