While driving the vehicle if it hits a bump the GPS screen starts to go blank and turns off and restart after 30 seconds. Is this a known issue. Its only happened twice. The bumps are not even big. Only happened twice so far and don't know if they can diagnose it when i take it in since it doesn't happen each time. Is there a fix or a soon to be recole?

 

No clue. Never saw that crop up here. Sounds like a new problem encounter.

 

Sounds like a loose connection. Either take it in under warranty or get behind it to check it. Something is loose or the panel electronics are failing.

 

Ive only had mine freeze and go blank and restart 3 times since owning the car for the past year. No idea why it happens.
