I just recently installed my Stillen Cold Air Intake but as i drive over 50ish mph two attached hoses keep coming undone. Not sure how to explain but hopefully the pictures will give you a better idea. What do i do to fix this? Is this normal?
Should I stop driving my call till its fixed? If you need better pictures let me know
Wait, what do you mean clamps on the throttle body? Sorry but could you dumb down things for me, i'm not much of an expert on cars and i installed this myself following the instructions given. This is my first time doing something like this
the clamp that is similar to the ones on that 5/8" rubber tube.. but for 4"+ piping.
they are the ones you took off of the original ruffle-y wavey pipe.
Those 2 clamps came off the original Intake for the throttle body. Just put them on. What's happening is when you press on gas the pressure of the airflow is moving your Intake up since the clamps aren't there to stop it the Intake pipe is doing what it's doing. Put those 2clamps and really tighten the screw. You will be fine

Thanks guys! Much appreciated! The picture really helped and i just looked in the box i had with the stock intake stuff and found the clamps. Phewww I'm glad I didn't throw that away! I just tightened it in and it does seem more sturdy now.
I do have one more question though, is that front bar thing supposed to be lodged in there that deep into the intake? Just making sure.
