I saw on an Android site that if you have these navigation systems:
MM516D-L MM516D-W MM517D-L MM517D-W
you might be able to use Android Auto on your nav screen? Does anyone know anything about this? How would I know which nav system my "16 Maxima has?

Can't help on that but I am running an 8" tab w mount, sideloaded Android auto app and works flawlessly. The only thing it does not do is make calls or send texts. I have an app qpair that does that for me via my phone paired w tablet.

What about using SideSync - Have you tried that? Would love to know if you can get SideSync to auto-launch and connect to your phone using logic software like IFTTT.
