A brand new maxima SV for 28k is a good price in CA
a 2016 and 2017 is the same car but a 2016 will be cheaper even if they have the same trim or mileage
remember you get the regular warranty and you can get extended warranty 5yr/100k for 2k extra that should cover you until you pay off the car

It is rare for a car not to have some type of squeak, creak, vibration, what have you. I have driven BMW's, Lux Mercedes, AMG's, Porsche's.. you name it. All make noise in one way or the other. It is sweet though once you run down the source of the noise and correct it. The ONLY cars I have ever owned that exhibited few to no noise is my '07 Nissan Altima SL and my '17 Nissan Maxima SL; both tight as a frog's _ss, but both have stock, softer-riding suspensions! Funny thing though- last night I was driving somewhere with my wife and another couple. Women were in back seat and my wife said, "Do you know there is a rattle back here?" The other woman could not hear it and I never have, so guess that won't bother me.
OP mileage and history depict value.
If its low mileage and not a former rental car its worth the $27ish IMO.
If its higher mileage around 25,000 miles or so I wouldn't pay over $25k.
If it was a former rental car.... RUN.

USED CAR WARNING:
As a result of the Texas and Florida hurricanes, there have been over 600,000 vehicles towed out to storage fields that have been underwater. From past such situations, we know that many thousands of these flooded vehicles will be thoroughly cleaned and end up back on the market. Those that had been insured can be checked for salvage status via VIN, but those that were not insured have no sure way of being legally checked.
Although good cleaning can make a flood car look almost like new, any vehicle that has been underwater, especially salt water, is a ticking time bomb that will never be reliable, especially electronically.
When considering buying a used car, make absolutely sure the car has never been underwater.
