Question blind spots

Has anyone noticed the large blind spot that is created by the A pillar and mirror when looking to the right as you turn left?
On coming traffic is sometimes lost in that area.

I haven't noticed this being any worse than previous cars I've owned, but I have noticed that the high beltline makes it somewhat difficult to see around the car when maneuvering in parking lots and other crowded areas.

Yes, I have this huge blind spot. Worst of any car owned, including my last Nissan Altima. The blind spot is so bad I have to crane my neck in an unnatural position each time I cut a corner to the left. For my ride height that huge mirror hides about 20' of view when turning left. I've often wondered if I am about to hit a pedestrian or nail the median. Big design flaw, but luckily the only significant one I can find. I love the car so much I tend to forget about that goof until I enter a left-hand turn; the it smacks me right back in the face!

Yep. Had a close call because of exactly that recently.

YES!!!! I literally just had a collision with another vehicle (fender bender) and this was the cause, I literally NEVER saw the car there!!! And I noticed I have to lean forward every time I take a left turn across the street when there are curbs to make sure I dont hit them due to that blind spot!!
