This might sound like a weird question but what color is your battery tray my dealer said mine is red and that is fishy

 

Can't you just look at your tray to figure out the color?

 

My service tech told me mine is red and he thought that was weird because all of the ones he has seen have been black and since I bought mine as a certified preowned he thought it may have been in an accident and they didn’t tell me

 

Mine is what looks like black plastic. The battery also has a insulating pad wrapped around it.

 

Mine's black. Thank's, now I'm gonna hafta see if I can find a red one on Ebay. May have the inside of my exhaust pipes painted red to match.
