License plate bracket.
Depends on the states requirement for front plates. If the state does not require them then the dealership will ALMOST not install a front plate bracket. Some do sad to say. I might add that if you order the car new you can have your salesman not to put on the brackets even if it is their policy to do so.

Depends on Dealer. When I bought my Lexus GS 350 F-sport here in CA, I purposely bought it from a dealer than understands that there are people that do not want to run front plates and have to deal with the holes.
The front plate and bracket were in the trunk. I told him, "If this stuff get's installed by accident by the time I pick up the car, you will lose the sale and I will go somewhere else." The salesman replied, "We understand. At this dealership, it's policy to never install the front plate due to customers like yourself."

This doesn't help with the holes that will be made in the bumper if you already buy the car with a front plate bracket already in place, like mine... But if you don't want to run a front plate, this is an option...
