I don't have these on my 17 Max yet but I do have a set on my C6 Corvette, just much larger. They are fine tires, corner like on rails, even for an all season, very quiet even on rough roads, really softened up the harsh Vette ride too, getting good tread wear, great in rain even at high speed. I will strongly consider these for the Max when she comes due. All-season on a Vette is a no-no but I took a chance and won this round.

yeah, with the wider thread spaces, it will surely siphon the water and maybe slushy snow out quicker. hopefully it will last more than 40k miles.

I had those on my altima for about a year before I traded it in for my maxima.

I liked them but I thought they were a little bit noisy. Definately felt like there was a hum with them but they seemed to get really good traction and that matched what the reviews on tire rack said about them.

I already like this tire due to the sidewall design which seems to offer a little wheel (which the rims are part of) protection. How much dough were these?

got these at $180 each from costco.
these go about 5mm (no more than 1/4”) beyond the rim face.
saw other retailers for a few bucks more.

the re090 i had were twice as much
(re090 were nissan price, 11/32 thick per other retail info of same price... but then again, dealer).

One thing about that tread that is noticeable on your tires and VERY noticeable on my Vette (because there is a lot more tire exposed) is that the large open vertical tread spaces around the outside perimeter of the tire looks kinda "off-roady". I never thought about it until a couple of reviews on Tire Rack mentioned it about their Vettes. This would not stop me from buying them again however, for my Max. A very good tire for the money, and if you look around you can find some nice discounts in the form of debit cards. My last purchase of these tires came with a $150 card at my local Tire Discounters.

15K on the tires

The Good:
Overall good rain/snow
Very good on turn-in, good grip/feel

The Bad:
LOUD to the point I'm going to replace very soon.

Whew, the noise thing is a huge consideration. Did you rotate the tires every 5000 miles. That makes a big difference on the wear and subsequent noise.

You are correct Rob. I learned this the hard way with my last set of tires. 5k mi. rotation for me from now on.

Have them as may 3 season tires on Enkei rims. My winters are Michelin X ICE 3s. Only rode them for 3 months before winter. They seemed like a good tire.

I’ve got these installed on my wife’s 350z. They really seem like a great all season. Sporty enough to keep it fun, but t great in the rain. I can’t really speak to noise, as you hear everything in the Z as it is.
