Diffuser?

Diffuser?
Ok, sorry for the noob question. I'm picking up my '18 on Friday. I asked for a black spoiler and diffuser. Dealer said they are being installed tomorrow, but sent me this pic. Is that not a white diffuser already on? And are those side skirts and splash guards? If so, I thought those were options. If I'm wrong, could someone maybe show me a proper on/off? My googling is failing me. Also, I'm just linking the imgur pic because this site is not letting me upload for some reason, or use the IMG tags. Pic is here: https://imgur.com/a/akk2o7n
