Question Wiper Blade Size Question

Just picked up a 2017 SL. I love the car so far, the only thing that really annoys me is the little triangle left in the middle of the windshield where the wipers don’t meet.
ive read where some people have gone with slightly longer blades. I know 28/16 are standard but would going 29/19 work or would they be too big for the windshield? I like the Bosch icon blades and want to pick some up today but want to eliminate the little triangle left.

thanks.

Wouldn't a 19 inch blade hit the windshield on the passenger side? You can go longer than stock, just measure them and make sure they clear the edge of the windshield.

I've never tried to change sizes but I did try to change to Bosch icon blades once and I can tell you that they were not nearly as aerodynamic/streamlined? as the OEM ones, and they did not work as well either. They streaked, even after clay baring and and really cleaning the old microscopic crud off of the glass. Maybe Bosch has change how their blades mount too, as I hated looking over the wiper "humps". I've always found that Nissan OEM blades work just fine for me and last a bit longer than aftermarket. Just my opinion.

Does anyone know who makes the Maxima OEM wipers? I thought they were very good, but then again I am also pleased with the Bosch Icons I replaced them with.
