2017 DRL and Running lights issues
2017 DRL and Running lights issues
Long time lurker here! I hope everyone is having a great day. I hope there is someone that can help me out with this issue that I've had with my max for the past two days.
I have a 2017 S with 136k miles and I've hit a snag with my rear lights and my DRLs come night time. I've always had my exterior light switch set to auto since I purchased the car in 2018. It wasn't until two days ago where I my DRLs and 3 of the 4 rear led running lights were not on, as well as my license plate lights.
The brake lights, turn signals, and reverse bulbs work perfectly fine, but the rear running lights and license plate lights will not luminate when the light switch is either on the auto setting or when it's on the ON setting. The DRLs work fine during the day, but not when its dark outside or when the light switch is in the ON setting.
I hope someone can help me out with this issue. Greetings from Texas!
