2021 turn signal question

Hi all, recently I've had an issue that occurs semi-frequently where when my turn indicator auto turns off it flicks back and quick indicates (the three blinks) the opposite direction.
Has anyone else experienced this? Anything I can do about it?

Does it have water built up inside the fixture?

my headlights are fine it's strictly the turn signal switch itself.. only happens when it's really hot outside when making a right turn when it cancels the left side turn signal will Flash.. I believe it's canceling but Actuating the left hand turn signal

That's exactly what I've found now that you mention it, I wonder if the heat loosens/expands the mechanism that triggers the left signal when it flicks back.

I agree. If I hold my finger under the turn signal stalk when it cancels, it won't do it. Also seems like it mostly happens after the cars been sitting in the sun while I'm at work. Little annoying but really the only issue I've had with this car.
