I own a 2017 Maxima, mine does not come with carplay and AA in it, but recently i got the system updated from a guy online and now i got apple carplay, its fine when i connect my phone but whenever i connect a carlinkit (it changes carplay to an android system) i get a message on the screen.
I’ll attach the pictures.
I’ve already asked and got a solution but i asked here for another opinion because maybe someone ran into the same problem, so if you have something to help then say if you don’t don’t waste your time and shut the F up and don’t comment here.

I got a wireless carplay thing for my maxima to basically use so my iphone will connect wirelessly. It didn't really work too well and I found people online saying you have to use a y cable because the maxima radio is funky and something about it requires one usb for the power but it talks back on the second connection. might be something similar I guess
You need to use a Y splitter to connect wireless adapter to both USB ports. I just did that this morning after spending hours trying to figure this out and CarPlay works perfectly. Here is the splitter I bought off of Amazon. It was about nine bucks. If you do a search you should come up with it. as I said it works well.
