So long

So, the time has come to move on. Unfortunately, while stopped behind someone waiting to make a left turn, i was rear ended. Progressive ended up totaling my Maxima. I had a 2019 Maxima SV with 222,100 miles on it. It was literally the best vehicle i have ever owned. I had minimal issues with it. Somehow, they gave me $13,096 for it I never saw that coming! I decided to go with a 2024 Toyota Crown Limited which i LOVE!! It's like a luxury car without the luxury car prices. I choose that over an Altima 2.5 SL or SR. I hope everything goes well with your Maximas and hopefully there will be an updated Maxima in the future!

Same here. My 2019 was totaled by a crash 2 years ago Only had 50 K on the odo so I was paid 29500 for the loss. Replaced it with A lexus NX 350 but it is not what the Maxima was. especially for the 68 k we paid.

I have 2 Maximas 2016, 2017. I drove a 2025 Nissan Altima SR while on vacation in Florida, yeah not the same as a Maxima.

Sorry for your loss. Getting rear-ended can be bad for, both, car and your body. Hope you have no injury resulting. Your story, though, gives me great hope. That's a lot of mileage!

68k for an NX? It must be loaded!!! How do you like it even though it's not a Maxima?

The total damage was 14k. I was fine thankfully. A college age girl texting. My maxima (2nd one) has been cross country multiple times with no issues. My most recent cross-country trip was with 170k on the odometer. I loved my Maxima. Too bad it was discontinued.
