Rotor Question

Whats the best set of rotors for everyday driving? Occassional hard breaking, nothing drastic. I have a warped rotor, so I plan on replacing both fronts. I dont want a BBK, just a replacement.

The GD on Brembo Blanks totals 108 for both sipped to my house. Are regular autozone rotors any better/comparable?

I did a search and there were a lot of mixed reviews on both. I saw warped brembo blanks in a month, and just about everything else. I would break the pads in the right way this time, so any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

And if it matters, I'm going to be using new OEM pads. Thanks again.

Yes, it does matter. OEM pads are what is causing your rotors to 'warp' in the first place (they're not actually warping, they're getting uneven pad material transfer from crappy OEM pads).

Buy some new rotors, Hawk HPS pads (NOT OEM replacement garbage), and your "warping" problems will go away.

Here is one of the more useful threads on the org concerning your question. Read it, learn it, succeed in braking!
