4th gen MAF?

How much power can the 4th gen maf read? Im wondering if my topend is dieing due MAF being maxed out, being there is alot more airflow with the 3.5. Krismax was amazed when he saw the amount of air flow the 3.5 pulled. I have a Z32 MAF sitting here Im thinking of trying it out with the AFC i should be able to adjust it to work.

The FMU has nothing to do with airflow.

Yea with the injectors at 100% DC with fuel pressure at 80+ PSI.

The stock 4th gen MAF is maxed out at under 300 CRANK HP.

You already have the MAF. Why not try it out? You tried everything from mevi/00 Vi to a hybrid.

I think you'll get more relevant answers in the boosted forum... although they might b*tch and moan about not reading the faqs.

best way to find out would be to put a volt meter on the maf signal wire and see if it gets to 5v at redline if it does you need to use the Z32 maf if not then look somwhere else for the problem

i think you could also use and OBDII reader

i believe the emange has a maf change option but it will still affect timing alittle but not much
