i need to know what beginners can do...i dont have much money but i really wanna make my i30 a lot faster than it is now...

Not much money and a lot faster are mutually exclusive in this forum. The biggest bang for the buck is going to be nitrous. If you don't want FI, then swapping in a VQ35 is probably next on the list.
