Consult Scanning Software

Whats everyone using?

I have a Cefiro A32 1994.. its got Consult.. but not an OBD port to my knowledge (where is OBD port located?)

I got Nissan Datascan 1.4 with my consult cable, but the gauges don't display any values.

So far the best working product has been OBD Scan Tech Nissan

its either located in the fuse panel by our drivers side of the car. im not sure if ur cars are right hand drive, but if it is then it would be where ur right knee is. or is could be on top of your ecu. its like a small grey plug

also note u might have a guague that doesnt apply to our cars and that could be why it isnt working. i had that problem and once i switched the boost guage on the program for a different one it worked fine.

Are you using DataScan 1.4? On what year of ECU.. a 98? And it's working fine? If so, which cable/interface do you have?

Sorry for all the questions. lol. Was thinking about using this on my car.

Thanks I'll try that, I'm in contact with the developer now.

I also brought OBD Scan Tech (Nissan) $US20 and it works perfectly.

You can download trial version here,

I brought my cable from http://www.plmsdevelopments.com/consult_if.htm

I couldn't get Nissan Datascan to work either with plms serial cable but OBDscantech works fine.
So you got it going correct or still having issues?
