What is the tightening procedure when using aftermarket cylinder head studs, such as ARP hardware?
With the oem bolts, you go through a four step procedure that eventually results in a limited amount of plastic deformation in the bolt and a more controlled bolted connection tightness.
With the ARP hardware, does the tightening procedure still involve taking the stud to yield?
