Project: Tilton
Did you keep the 04 6-speed with 4.1:1 final drive or put back the 02 in? Maybe that could show the gains you were expecting with the more agressive FD. How much does the flywheel weigh? And how much is the whole thing gonna take off upsrung weight?

The plan is to finally put the HLSD into the new trans this weekend when doing this clutch job.
And to answer another thread you started, I think the A34 trans is more reliable than the A33B trans. It's either that or I have finally developed the right habits to keep the syncros preserved.

Wow you guys get to race till what, December? This weekend is the last race day (10/30) up here, and it doesn't start again till early April.

That Flywheel looks like it weighs nothing.

So how much did that run ya? Is it a three disc? I've really been hoping someone would come out with one of those for us. I wanna see vids of you hitting redline before you're even done thinking of hitting the gas.

I know it's a Tilton flywheel/clutch combo meant for 350Z's. I know it has very little inertia and makes the engine much more responsive. The small diameter will make it wear faster though, ask Mac himself.

It'll be a real pain to drive in the rain (on the plain in spain) harhar yeaah anyways it's impractical for me to not slip my clutch with my ultralight fw/ lightened clutch combo. if it's any bit wet out my wheels spin like they're suspended in air..
