Best tuning method?

Best tuning method?
hey guys. its time for a tune.. im not sure what route i want to go. i have a few options that i know of:
1. SAFC
2. VAFC
3. SMT 6/7
4. JWT ECU
5. EU
Just the basic mods: i/y/e then a mevi. Im really leaning towards the EU since its the must vertisle unit and can do much more then some of the other units. I think ive pretty much ruled out the JWT inless i get 1 dirt cheap to hold me off till i can afford the EU.
Do you all think the EU is the best way to go? Im looking for something I can raise the rev limit with, advanced timing, a/f ratios, and maybe some dataloging.
Just looking for comments, concerns, and opinons.

The firmware that dandymax is running, that has all the VQ functionality has not been released to the public yet as I understand it, he's running a beta version. I don't know what OSX is unless you mean mac OS X in which case I have no clue, not even sure whether or not emanage software is compatible with it or not.

i bought a Eu , and now i am more and more intersted in the Megasquirt

Yes well the SAFC VAFC EU are piggy back , they interfer betweet the sensor and the OEM computer (ECU)
AEM ems , HKS f-con are Stand alone , they replace the ECU
Megasquirt is a 250$ DIY stand alone , but i would not recomand since its complicated and a little experimental , Allan22 is the only on i know on this forums who done it , dont know if he got it tweak yet but at least working.

I am not a tuning specialist ,
Well the aem is not a lot present in the maxima scene , as far as i know only one guy got it running ,its complicated but it give you full control and those AEM ems are expensive 1.5K if i am right
THe eu is prensent in the maxima scene ,for a piggy back its a very evoluate Safc and can do stuff like timming and other thing . like others said we are all waiting the update.
complicated wise , i think the eu is a lot easier , benefits i am not fully sure , since the eu promise a lot , but it is not doing what they promise at least for not , And members are working whit Greddy to get it Fully working

yes the AEM and HKS F-CON are true stand alone systems...as the EU is a highly technical Piggy back and an SAFC is a simlar piggy back....the EU will do more than the SAFC......like advance timing once the right firmware is out....once its released it will be great.....but there are ways to advance timing with a SAFC
