I had about a dozen codes but then again my car went from 3.0 auto to 3.5 5spd. I'm sure I could've gotten rid of them one by one though.

I have 3 codes; EGR temp sensor (used an 02 motor, no EGR on those), IACV (Im not using one for the swap), and RH o2 sensor (yea, the one REAL code, lol).

The EGR code could be eliminated with a resistor. IACV I could just hook it up with an adapter, but I see no benefit to it at this point.

I had a dozen of codes with the auto ecu and now with 95 ecu they all gone. But then I had rear O2 sensor and it turned out that 98 and 95 wire harness was slightly different. but all fixed now

Iam glad you mentioned that thats the key to few to no cods i also switched to a 95 ecu.

theres many things it doesnt track for instance it doesnt see EVAP,MAP and i believe its not as picky with EGR and other things . i have prob 10 things eliminated in my engine bay and car that should throw codes but dont.

i leave my EGR temp sensor pluged in and i have a EGR resister put in by 98seblackmax.

But iam very happy i dont get codes or ghost codes .

No codes for my setup. I did have some mechanical issues like bad injectors, burnt wires and such, but after I fixed those, no codes at all. It's almost a perfect swap.

At first I had an EGR code, duh, no EGR attached. Attached that code was gone.

Then I had Left Bank Lean, one bolt on TB was loose, duh, tightened, and code was gone.

NOW, I can't get rid of this stupid 01 11 EVAP code, replaced canister, and valve on canister. Code still comes up, will troubleshoot purge valve in engine bay, and solenoid valve in engine bay.
