Summit RPM Switch - MEVI

What's up everyone.

I just finished installing my MEVI this past weekend along with the Summit RPM switch.

Just have one question for anyone that has installed one on their 98 max. I was attempting to splice the white wire from the switch to the gauge cluster but noticed that I don't have the white/green wire (tachometer) in the center of the cluster.

I've looked here on the org but haven't seen any wire-up diagrams, etc.

Are any of the other wires to be spliced to instead or am I looking at the wrong wire connections?

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

What signal is your tach using for input then?

I'd say look a touch harder. If anything, depending on where your Summit unit is, you can use your ECU RPM signal wire. Which is the same wire, only it's closer to the ECU so easier to find.

Glad to see you're almost there! When I installed it, I didn't go to any tach wire behind the gauge cluster- I just wrapped it under the TAM (tachometer) screw in the middle of the back of the gauge cluster. There's obviously a tach wire back there somewhere, but I just went to the screw as it was much easier to find.
I'll be chcking the garage in the morning for that bracket
