flywheel break-in?

i got my new flywheel which i am replacing tonite and tomorrow. do i need to break in a flywheel? i dont think so, because theres nothing in the directions talkin about it, but i wasnt sure. the clutch has 1500~ miles on it

Just make sure its very clean before you bolt up the tranny.

Brake cleaner is your best friend.

I'd say go easy on it for the first couple hundred miles.

you still need to go easy on it for a while. just like a new brake rotor, you need to give the metal a few heat cycles before it's ready to be driven hard.
