No, because your car is different from everyone else's. Why do you need someone else's maps? You have the VAFC and the WBo2, so just start taking out fuel until you get it to 13.5 from 3000-5500, and from 5500 to redline get it to 13.0. Simple as that. All you're doing is removing voltage from the MAF.

It's a waste of time having the wideband and asking for someone else's maps; the original reason you purchased the wb is to find a/f ratio and fix it yourself.

Can you post up your a/f for as many rpm points as possible and whats your fuel pressure at idle and wot? Because 10.0 at redline means you are running to much fuel pressure at idle. Simply by lowering it you will lean out the map. But when you take out fuel using the VAFC with such rich ratio then you will also be advancing timing because of the large corrections.

ok well at idle and range from 14.8-15.0 and slowly decrease to 10.8 above 4000rpm. I will give the exact points and a/f ranges in a little while when i go out and drive. Right now its pouring outside......

Seems like a no brainer. Take fuel out via VAFC with respect to RPM. Tune as close to 14:1 as possible. Keep the curve as flat as possible. Always use 91 or better gasoline.

I hate when it rains. Sucks for datalogging

**edit** GoalieKeg covered it....

yea ok I leaned it out a bit and i am running 93 octane....Right now basically from 4k to redline i am right at 12.4. Isn't 14:1 too lean???

How much of a correction did you do on the VAFC to get your a/f down to 12.4?

12.4 is too rich for an N/A application.

Best thing to do is get to your nearest dyno and do some tuning to see what your car likes.

I see a few people w/strong #'s that tune for it (14). Last time I went for 13, but seemed to like 13.8ish better. Good luck at the dyno.

ok thanks....one quick question. Where do you have your bung? Cause i had an o2 bung after my cat but because i have a test pipe (straight pipe) so it should still be pretty accurate right.....????

Mine is right after my flex pipe. I too do not have a cat. It should be accurate if you do not have cat. But, you have a '99, and a y-pipe, so you may have some 'cattage' in there still depending on your y-pipe set-up.

If you don't feel comfortable with 14, then 13-13.5 is pretty safe. 12.4 is still rich.

Btw, can you PM me with the stretch of road on which you street tune? Just curious is all...

can you still tune with the sensor after the cat? or is that not even recommended?
b/c i have an extra o2 bung at the beginning of my bpipe and could easily use that and would rather not have to make a new one pre-cat.

Yes, you will be fine as long as there are no cats before your o2 sensor. Just don't have it too far downstream, such as near your muffler. Behind your test pipe is fine.

Can the wideband be installed right on the ypipe in place of an o2?

In place of a front O2?
no, well you could but you'd only be metering one cylinder bank.
