Anyone have any ideas why it doesnt work, the rod moves perfect manually, like when i push the actuator lever in, but whenever i try to power it electronically with or without the rpm switch it does nothing. What could be the cause of that ?

Shouldn't matter. I would start by swapping the swirl valve selenoid with the vi selenoid, seal up the o-rings and see if the selenoid is the problem before buying a whole new intake, but I don't know what has been discussed in the past...............

Quick way to check to see if the 00VI's internal vacuum actuation system is functioning correctly is to (temporarily) connect a vacuum line to the solenoid nipple. As soon as the engine fires up the power valve should actuate.
