3.5 swap no start

Well here is another no start thread

Setup 3.5 with 3.0 timing, upper and lower oil pan, 3.0 sensors(all from a running car), converted 3.5 tb, 3.0 fpr. The car cranks but will not start, the coils and injectors are firing, sometimes there is alittle puffs of smoke of the tail pipe, took out the sensor by the tranny and cam and put them in another maxima and the car started. I 1st had the 3.0 fpr were the 3.5 fpr was as a feed and moved the 3.5 fpr on the other side of the rail for the return then took the 3.5 fpr off and put the 3.5 damper back on and it's returnless. each way no start

I had a electrical between the fuel filter and fpr and when I removed the sender fuel did not shoot out everywhere but I can hear the pump, put more gas in the car no start

going to check the grounds and sand them and tips guys

ok so I sanded the injector ground, rechecked the tps and it goes from .5 to 5.1 volts, I can not hear the fuel pump prime up when I turn the key but I pulled the fuel line and turned the key forward and gas come out but did not shoot out like I would think

sprayed some starter fluid and the car started and I even got to rev it once and it died, like it was just running off the starter fluid and no gas is getting in there

so I pulled one of the plugs and it's not soaked with gas and it does not smell like gas

should I have the stock 3.5 fpr in the stock location and the 3.0 fpr on the return side

yeah the very next day, I drive it 40+ miles daily back and forth to work

I am using a ebay afpr right now that accordingtou let me borrow till my aeromotive unit comes in the mail so I can drive it but it sucks cause I can not get the fuel psi lower than 50psi at idle and it's running rich but even with that it starts fine everytime. my exhaust cracks and pops alittle but oh well

btw I have a walbro 255 hp
