Wideband Problems

I searched on here and on the Innovate forums but I could not seem to find the answer. At random, my wideband will quit giving actual readouts and will just stay at either 14.9 or 14.8 whether Im accelerating wot or normal and when it is idling. Then all of the sudden, it will begin reading normal again. The only thing I can think of is that my car is randomly running pig rich for a split second and the extra gas will do something to the sensor??? Anyways, if anyone has a solution please let me know. Its an Innovate LC-1 by the way.
Thanks,
Zack

Recheck all your wiring and connections and look for any wires that might have been damaged during the install or damaged as a result of being kinked. Sounds like you're losing the signal intermittently.

When it begins reading "normal again" does it creep down slowly to say 12ish, or does it jump to 12ish?

Also, when's the last time you calibrated the sensor?

Last time it was calibrated was july, I know it is due for that. Also, it will either read 14.9 all the time, or it will bounce between 14.9 and 14.8. When it starts reading again it will say what the a/f really is I believe. It is always different when it begins working again.
