TBH, just go with a VQ35. Yea there is more cost involved with actually buying the RWD block, but it will save you a lot of hassle and guess work because most of the question you have are already answered, swap kits are available. Vast aftermarket support and more potential in the 3.5 especially the HR engines. Looking at power potential:

VQ30 swap identical to this car your looking at ~260-270hp
VQ35DE swaps: 310~320hp
VQ35HR swaps: 340~350hp

Those are flywheel Hp numbers not wheel before anybody comes in talking **** lol. Basically by the time your done modding a VQ30 to make the power of an HR motor. It would have been cheaper to just buy the HR motor to start with. A/C and P/S have been known to work on the VQ swapped S chassis. Just in his case he decided to delete them:

Man I am just not a 3.5 fan bc i will put a turbo on it. was thinking about just going w a 3.5 and settling for 350 -380 whp, but to be honest id like to see a 3.0 put down 450 -500 whp unopened. i dont plan on building anything as its gonna be a major budget build.
