I just installed this sensor in a 99 Pathfinder this weekend. Bank 2 primary sensor, the wire runs all the way over to the Bank 1 valve cover. I think the connector is the same as the 4th Gen, not sure about the 5th though.

It's not that hard, there's a reason why no one offers this service because it's easy as fck.

Now you can be a BAWS about it and do it this way...

People do sell that kind of stuff.

I think for our cars it's best to search around in the sentra world, they may have the same plugs.

o2 wires are stainless steel and cannot be soldered with conventional solder. If you want more length extend the copper wires before the connector.

Strange, mine must be cheap bosch labeled knockoffs, that's what I did for mine. Worked until the wire ventured too close to the headers.

That reminds me - I extended two O2 sensors by using end-to-end compression splicing thingies - inserted bare wires in each end and smashed the connector with a hammer on the concrete. That felt good - and no solder needed. They worked for a couple of years until I decided to replace all O2 sensors earlier this year. I found some NGK stock replacements and a nice fresh Bosch sensor for the wideband, so no extensions required this time.

Just undo a couple extra clips, cut and rewrap a bit of the wire loom and all the sensors will reach without problems.

Source: Installed OBX V2s on a 5.5gen.
