DEK/VQ35 Hybrid Setup Qs

Okay so this week I will be performing the following.
My DEK ported/polished/valvejobbed heads on top of a mildly built VQ35 block, using the following bits:
  • S1 knockoff cams/HR valvetrain
  • ARP headstuds (VQ35DE)
  • 3.0 timing/ECU
  • SSIM portmatched, NWP spacers, PFTB, 82mm MAF (for now)
Questions:
Anything else I should look out for that are specific to this type of build?
Approx compression ratio?
What kind of AFR/timing #s should be shooting for?
The other typical 3.5 swap will be taken care of, but if anyone else has any tips I will be glad to listen to them.

rev-up oil pump and rod bolts?

Interesting change of mind.... a couple months ago you were hating on the 3.5 swap

Got both of them.

And I wanted to try it.

Question:

I'm not able to fit the VQ35 LIM/UIM on this setup, because the plenum is hitting the coilpacks. It barely clears the rear valve cover (5th gen).

What valve cover should I be using so I can put my SSIM on there?

You have to use your IM in order to use the 3.0l valve covers.
