Work to mate RWD VQ with FWD drivetrain
The HR/VHR oil pumps use wider gears than a DE gearset, so I don't think those will drop right in. Honestly, $200-350 sounds about right for those gears. It's not a very complicated part to machine, nor is the material that intense.
I'm really concentrating on getting my S13 track car ready to sell, but then I'll start gearing up to do more on this project in the spring assuming things keep going like they're going.
