Checked out Peel & Seal

I went to Lowes and was looking at the peal and seal, but i was wondering is it really worth it? I mean will it work because i have a BAD rattle in my rear speaker deck and a little in my trunk and i want to stop it but dont want to pay dynamats rediculous prices. Will this help or not? Any info/recommendations would be helpful!

Thanks
-Mike
