cracking still comes from new speakers

I own a '95 Maxima, and when I bought the car it had an Alpine head unit already in there with factory speakers. I began to notice a cracking sound from the speakers when certain songs would come on, so i thought the speakers were shot, so i went and bought new pioneers for the front and sonys for the rear. however they still crack during the same songs. I dont know if its just the sound frequencies, maybe i have the treble and bass set bad or if the wiring to the headunit is bad or what the problem might be?

hmm... I also noticed that some songs make that cracking sound. I think it's in the song, because it varies with volume, and comes on at the same time, everytime. Unless of course you have bad speaker connections then your speakers will do that all the time.
