I'm trying to install a pioneer system in my car and I've searched the web for the list of speaker sizes for my 93 Nissan Maxima GXE. The websites I found stated that my rear deck speakers are 6 x 9" and my front speakers are 4 x6". I bought the pioneer speakers but they do not fit. Is the problem just the speakers or are these the wrong dimensions?

 

Which one's do not fit, the front or rear?

 

The Rear speakers. I haven't tried the front ones yet. I just assumed the wouldn't fit since the side grills were much bigger and oval in shape. Can i install the speakers without removing the deck??

 

In the 4th gen the rear seat needs to be removed to get to the speakers. But I don't know about the 3rd gen. You may be able to unscrew them from the trunk.
