Head Unit

Guys I was wondering if i could hook a new Head unit (Clarion) Up to my factory Bose speakers with their built in Amps. I am in between jobs right now and cant afford to go out and buy 6 new speakers (At least not the ones i want) and was wondering if just for now if i could just use the factory speakers. Thanks Brian

I've heard that you can but the quality will be so sh@tty due to the fact that they work on different frequencies (that's what I was told) or you just would hear anything at all. I personally hooked up and amp and bazooka to my 99 bose and it's terrible, I get maaaad bass even when I turn down the power level on my amp and changing bass level on my stereo has almost no effect. That's why I'm convinced that I need new speakers if I'm getting a new head unit.
