BOSE does not play track numbers higher than 4
BOSE does not play track numbers higher than 4
The stock Bose system, dosen't play any tracks higher than 4 on all my CD's, after around track 4 they all start to skip. Radio has no probs haven't tried tape.
However the same CD's play normally on other systems.
Any suggestions on what to do about this?

a lotta people have problems with their BOSE unit, like me.
If you want to keep that stop unit look, then I say get a usa spec cd changer so u can contorl it with the bose unit.

It really sucks does
, I orderd a a lens cleaning kit let's see how that works.
other wise I might get the Sony 10 disc MP3 changer, and stick the control in the drawer under BOSE unit, to maintain the stock look, it also has a remote.

It can be bought for $200 at ebay, I'd much rather get that than pay $300 for simple 6 CD changer.

Bose system CD player is out :bawling:
My CD player in my 95 GLE has not worked for over 8 months now. I have read all of your responses and I didn't want to have to buy another unit or a CD changer. I have been using my portable player until I figure out a way to get mine fixed. The dealer was no help at all. They told me to just buy another system. I might have to get the CD changer that someone suggested from Crutchfield.
Thanks for your help
