Installed Monitor/DVD/Tuner.. now i hear a high pitch whine..

When i play the monitor using the Tuner, everything is ok while driving and sitting still. When i play the DVD, the sound quality is fine while sitting still, but when i start driving, as my engine RPM increases, the whine gets louder. Any ideas?

Bad ground, alternator noise that the RCA's are picking up, etc??

Are you by any chance using a line out converter? If so, you will need to turn down the adjust ***** just a tad, as they are a little too high causing the rca cables to pick up some interference.
