Affordable (under $200) CD-player?

I'm considering replacing my Bose headunit on my 92 Maxima SE with a CD-player. The current HU is radio/cassette only, and the cassette's not even working. I want to be able to play CDs in my car!

My budget is under $200. The lower the better! Maybe around $170. What's a good HU to get for this price? Sound quality is the most important for me, good-looking, easy to use design is always welcome as a bonus. I probably don't need fancy sound-shaping features, except when it really improves sound quality. Two preamp outputs is welcome too, I might want to upgrade later. Though I know that for the price I probably won't get much beyond the basics!

I plan on using the stock Bose speaker for the moment (no money to upgrade them yet), though maybe someday... and I'll be using the HU's internal amp as well. So a good power from internal amps is needed.

I know there's some adapters required, so that has to be put in the budget as well. Crutchfield listed a $50 adapter required, what's this for, why is it so expensive? What other adapters do I need? Do I need speaker cables as well?

I wonder why the search engine can't accept two-letters word? There's a lot of important 2-letter words out there! Like CD. Or O2. Or SE. Why this arbitrary limit?

Oh, also, where's a good place to buy? I know Crutchfield is good, and you get all kinds of extra instructions when you buy from them (which is good for newbie like me!) But there are cheaper places out there, like SoundDomain and MMX-Express. Are they good places to buy? MMX-Express has Pioneer DEH P440 (that's Premier, right?) for $168 and SoundDomain has Sony CDX CA700X on sale for $170.

I am selling my blaupunkt austin if you wod like to purchase that.. It has 2 preamp outputs, an auxilary input for hooking up ps2 or mp3, 50x4 watts, a remote control, and is less than a year old. Its a pretty good cd player for the price. It is also flip face and removable... I only want 125 shipped for it.. email me if you are interested.
